Our bartenders are equipped with a comprehensive bar kit that includes essential tools such as ice bins, a scoop, cutting board and knife, beer and wine storage containers, carafes, pour spouts, a trash can, bar mats, garnish trays, liquor liability insurance, decorative items, and coolers.

We recommend hiring an additional bartender for every 81 guests to maintain an efficient bar service and prevent long wait times.

Tost ’N’ Sip offers three distinct portable bars, each in a unique size. Our Elite LED bar is the most sought-after option, measuring 62 inches. It features customizable LED lighting options, allowing users to select from various colors or disable the LED glow. Our 72-inch (white) bar and 48-inch (black) bars are minimalist and feature our “Toast ’N’ Sip” Sign. Each bar includes a back bar for storage and bottle selection display. Please keep in mind the spacing for our backbars and our portable bars when reserving.
